At JR Systems, we utilize management systems to conduct quality control operations and
ensure the secure handling of information, while also managing our data centers in a secure manner.
At the same time, we are constantly looking to the future by adopting new technologies.
Quality Improvement
Striving for quality improvement in product development
In 2000, JR Systems obtained ISO9001 certification in order to maintain and enhance quality in the design, development, operation, and maintenance of our products. Our goal is to achieve even greater customer satisfaction through our quality management system.
Meanwhile, our data centers became ISO20000 certified in 2015, reflecting our aim to improve the operational quality of our IT services.
Information Security
Protection of personal information
JR Systems strives to protect and manage personal information appropriately, an effort for which it was awarded the PrivacyMark from the Japan Institute for Promotion of Digital Economy and Community (JIPDEC) in 2006. We handle personal information with the utmost care through a management system designed specifically for protecting personal information.
Information security management system (ISMS)
To enhance our information security, we became ISO27001-certified in 2007. By continually operating our information security management system and incorporating the latest technological measures, we are able to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
Data Center Security
Security measures that conform to strict security standards
At JR Systems, we take no chances with security. Our data centers have been awarded the Certificate of Data Center Security Compliance, which conforms to the following: the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association’s standards for IT system equipment and environments; the Center for Financial Industry Information Systems’Security Guidelines on Computer Systems for Banking and Related Financial Institutions and the Japan Quality Assurance Organization’s standards for operating IT systems and related equipment.
Technological Development
As an IT company, JR Systems strives to further improve existing IT technologies and proactively adopt the latest ICT tools, such as artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things (IoT), and robotics.
By continually strengthening our technological development, we hope to be capable of proposing novel solutions in response to societal changes and innovations.
Comfortable Working Environment
Supporting the development of the next generation
In accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, JR Systems developed an action plan to promote the creation of good working environment, which support employees to balance work and childcare.
In recognition of our high-level effort, JR Systems received a certification mark “Kurumin” three times (August 2011, March 2016, and November 2023).
And in November 2023, JR Systems received certification mark “Platinum Kurumin” for the first time.
Promotion of women in the workplace
JR Systems instituted an action plan that aligns with the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.
On-site childcare facility
JR Systems prioritizes an environment where employees can have stable work lives. This is why we operate Kids Station Kagayaki, an on-site childcare facility opened under the Cabinet Office’s Corporate-Led Childcare Initiative.

Maintain and improve the health of employees
“KENKO Investment for Health (KIH)” refers to the strategic management of the health of employees and others from a managerial perspective. Efforts to maintain and improve the health of employees based on management principles of an enterprise will result in revitalization of the organization, greater productivity, and enhanced corporate value.
Our company is selected under the 2026 Certified KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program.
JR Systems Showroom
JR Systems runs the JR Systems Showroom, which introduces the company’s history from the JNR era to the present as well as its business lineup, including the MARS system. This showroom was designed to highlight the role of our company in supporting social infrastructure.
